Richard Ayoub has been a practicing Attorney since 1993 and a partner in the firm since 1997. Richard is a graduate of the University of Toronto, where he received a BSc. (Biology and Physics) in 1986. He later attended the University of the West Indies and the Norman Manley Law School.

Richard has extensive and varied experience in relation to commercial, financial and property matters. He acts for major local and international companies, currently with particular emphasis on the energy sector - acting as utility provider’s counsel in conventional and renewable power generation and transmission projects and advising regularly in the aircraft refueling sector.

He sits on the General Legal Council and is a member of the Jamaican Bar Association and its Commercial Law sub-committee. He is currently the senior partner.
