Jennifer Scott

Jennifer Scott has been a practising Attorney-at-Law at Clinton Hart & Co. since 2003.  Jennifer’s specializes in the areas of corporate and commercial law, asset sales, financing transactions, securities, and conveyancing.

Jennifer is a Director of Musson (Jamaica) Limited, General Accident Insurance Company Limited, Eppley Limited (where she also sits on the Investment Committee), Stanley Motta Limited, Arel Limited and the Seprod Superannuation Fund. She is also a Director and Chair of the Human Resources and Compliance Committee of the Environmental Foundation of Jamaica.

She is a graduate of the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, UK, holds a Graduate Diploma in Legal Studies from University of Keele, UK, a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law of England and Wales, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Studies from Norman Manley Law School, Jamaica.  She was admitted to the Jamaican Bar in 2003 and as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 2006.

She is a member of The Jamaica Bar Association and The Law Society of England and Wales.
